Shout to the Lord on American Idol!!!

What in the world is going on here?!? Tonight was the American Idol show called Idol Gives Back. It's the show where they raise millions of dollars for charity, last year they raised $76 million. What was totally unexpected was the way the show ended. We get to the end and Ryan Seacrest gives his thank you's and says something like "Here are your final eight singing "Shout to the Lord". Well me and Tonya look at each other with a look of shock on our faces and then what goes through my head is this can't be the same song! But it was! They had the eight singers come out and sing the first verse of the song and then a choir comes in behind them and sings also. When I get the video clip I'll put it on here. I guess the thought that was fascinating to me was the possibility of God reminding everyone that we should give our praise and worship to Him. 30,000,000 people all listening, and in some case singing along to:

I'm not going to analyze this at all, I'm just going to enjoy the fact that there were a lot of people either worshipping or being exposed to God.
