Need a Song

I'm the leading worshipper next Sunday (11/23/08) at FFC and I have a slot to fill with our play list.  Now a few things I need you to know about before you slap down all of these new songs you want to hear our congregation sing:

1.  If it is a new song we probably need a few weeks to practice it.
2.  I like being prepared, so a song I've never heard before is probably out of the question.
3.  If the band knows the song and another person in the worship team knows the song they can be the leading worshipper.
4.  It will probably have to go with the theme in my heart for the week which means I have to let you behind the curtain for a look, so here goes:

Theme:
Worship Him our Savior

Song list:
Let God Arise
Days of Elijah
I Will Worship
Mighty to Save
Majesty
Oh Come Let Us Adore Him

There you go.  Comment with the song you think is appropriate.  Thanks in advance.
And by the way, I have final veto power, just remember that!

What about Center by Charlie Hall.

Oh Christ, be the center of our lives,
Be the place we fix our eyes, be the center of our lives.

If not that week it could always be done another week.

I want to be there! I love Days of Elijah. What about Amazing Love?

Amazing love how can it be, that you my king should die for me. :)

    Love Anne Marie

I've been dying for us to do Sing forever now. The band knows it, and most of the worshipers do to!

    It used to be darkness
    Without you
I lived my life in blindness
    But now I am found

And I'll sing, sing I love you so
    And I'll sing
Because the world can't take away
    Your love

    Found me in weakness
    Broken
You came to me in kindness
    And now I live

And I'll sing, sing I love you so
    And I'll sing
Because the world can't take away
    Your love

I give my life for you lord
    For all you've done . . .

Another possible option is "Oh Praise Him". Crowder.

Ok, here's four titles I'll offer up that you may, or may not, want to do. I have no idea if they've been done before but everyone probably knows them. 1) The Veggie Tales theme song, 2) Holy is the Lord (C. Tomlin), 3) Who Am I? (Casting Crowns), and 4) Voice of Truth (Casting Crowns).> My vote would be for the first one. LOL :]

My mother in law has thrown in a suggestion for Shout to the North.

I absolutely love the new Chris Tomlin song "Jesus Messiah". I get it stuck in my head everytime I hear it.We sang it a few Sunday's ago, without the words up and hardly anyone new it, however, of course we did. We will be helping in kids zone so I guess it really doesn't matter to us.

Shout to the North is probably good, but I'd rather sing Shout to the Lord. Either way, I'll be working in Big Kidz Zone that Sunday so whichever you choose is kool with me. :]
However, I still think the Veggie Tales theme song would be more than adequate. :P

Your Grace is Enough and Come Thou Fount would be my logical choices. My "out of left field" choices would be Creed (Rich Mullens/Third Day) or God With Us (Mercy Me).

Pink, I agree with Dana in regards to "Jesus Messiah". And I agree with Jack as well. "Your Grace Is Enough" has special meaning to me. I remember you singing it in the past when I wan on the sound board. Whichever song you choose will definately lift us up with your vocals and passion.
